Started his real working career in retail in the sports industry at all:sports where he was with them for just under 10 years. Whilst being there he was management for over 9 years for the company. During all:sports he gained excellent customer services skills and a strong retail acumen. Whilst his dream has always been to have his own retail shop of some kind, he met Donna and assisted in the set up of Donna Mitchell Bonce Salons. During the success of that salon, Carl then decided to open the salon in Walsall along with Poonam. Carl’s passion is hairdressing to the max, he loves the industry, and he loves the salons and wants to make sure his clients love their visits to the salon. 

Laura was first employed at Donna Mitchell Bonce Salons and whilst being there she developed a vast knowledge of colour whilst increasing her skills as an excellent stylist. Today she is an important member of Bonce Hair Salon Walsall as her experience and eye for creativity assists the salon in bringing that extra quality. She is a very cheerful girl and is a good listener.

Donna has been in the hairdressing industry all her working career; it’s what she was born to do. Once she had gained her qualifications from college she decided to set up a little 2 seated salon in her mum’s garage where she quickly built up a strong regular clientele. After filling out the garage with over 70 regular clients, a receptionist and two backwashes, it was time to grow and Donna set up shop in Wednesbury and Donna Mitchell Bonce Salons was born. Whilst being at Donna Mitchell Bonce Salons she has gained the prestigious L’Oreal Professionnel Colour Specialist Degree, is a Racoon Hair Extensions Specialist and has attended various courses run by the industries top academies. She is a passionate, dedicated, energetic and she is an enormously experienced all round hairdresser who believes in giving clients a bespoke look after a thorough consultation process to create a look that suits each individuals lifestyle. Donna has an eye for here and now and her creative flair is like no other, she qualified for the L’Oreal Professional Colour Trophy Regional Finals in 2009 and regularly has her own world class collection imagery featured in top high street magazines. Did we mention that Donna also carries a 3 week waiting list?

Nicola came to Donna Mitchell Bonce Salons from one of the industries top chain of salons where she developed into a top colourist. Her colour knowledge and practical deliverance is second to none, in our opinion there is not many better around. Whilst she has been with Donna Mitchell Bonce Salons she has pushed herself hard and attended an array of cutting courses from TIGI & GHD along with the internal training with Donna and she now has become a good all rounder. Nicola has a welcoming bubbly personality and always takes time to listen to customers requirements. Whilst being with the salon she qualified for the L’Oreal Professionnel Colour Trophy Regional Finals in 2009.  

Joanne first started with Donna Mitchell Bonce Salons when it first opened, during her first stint with the salon she quickly established herself as an excellent employee with an array of happy clients. Now she is currently in her second stint and feels back at home. Joanne always wears a smile and is always on hand to deliver a first class service every time. Her creativity in the salon is second to none and can always deliver the style her client requires. 

Marcia has been with Donna Mitchell Bonce Salons since the salon has opened, she also worked for Donna in the garage where she was her assistant. She is the first port of call when entering the salon. Her ways of greeting clients in the happy professional manner ensures that the customers arrive with a smile and is dealt with in a high standard fashion.
